Terms and Conditions
Thera.al
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Thera.al and orders placed through the website. The website serves pharmacies and other professional entities (B2B), as well as consumers purchasing products for personal use (B2C). Mandatory consumer protection provisions are not limited by B2B commercial terms. Before publication, verify that the checkout process, payment methods, and delivery arrangements reflect the conditions described here, and have the text reviewed by a legal adviser.
1. Seller Information and Contact Details
The seller/operator of Thera.al is Thera Medica Group L.T.D., a company established under the laws of Albania, with business registration number (NUIS/NIPT) M41521041N and registered office at Rr. Ali Pashë Gucia, 7-storey building, staircase 1, 1st floor, Tirana, Albania, represented by the company’s administrator. For orders, inquiries, and complaints, please use the contact form on Thera.al.
2. Who Can Purchase and What the Website Offers
Thera.al offers food supplements, pharmaceutical products, and cosmetic products, subject to availability. B2C purchases are permitted only for products listed for retail sale and legally available for sale in the relevant market. Products may also be ordered by pharmacies and other professional customers with B2B accounts.
Buyers select the appropriate category during registration or checkout. Thera may request documentation to verify the status of a pharmacy or professional entity before enabling B2B pricing and orders.
If medicinal products or other specially regulated products are offered on the website, B2C listings and sales will be enabled only after verification of the relevant authorizations and legal requirements in each market.
3. Products and Health Information
For each product, its characteristics, ingredients, intended use, warnings, and storage conditions are provided in accordance with the product label and approved information. Images are for illustrative purposes; minor packaging differences do not alter the essential characteristics of the product.
Information on the website does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Consumers should read the product label and instructions. Food supplements must not be presented as substitutes for a varied diet or as treatments for diseases. This provision does not limit the buyer’s legal rights.
4. Prices and Offers
The B2C price displayed to consumers must be the full price, including applicable taxes, with any delivery charges clearly identified before the order is completed. The store currency is the currency displayed next to the price and confirmed at checkout for the relevant order.
B2B prices may be available only after verification and login. Prices, discounts, minimum quantities, and payment terms for pharmacies are displayed in the quotation or verified account: the specific terms are provided in the commercial quotation, the verified B2B account, or a written agreement with Thera.
Thera may correct obvious pricing or availability errors before accepting an order and will notify the buyer before requesting payment.
5. Orders and Confirmation
Orders are submitted by providing the required information and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Automatic acknowledgment of receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. The contract is formed when Thera sends confirmation of acceptance or begins fulfilling the order, depending on the checkout process: an order is considered accepted when Thera sends confirmation of acceptance; the automatic order acknowledgment only confirms receipt.
If a product is out of stock, the price is incorrect, or the order cannot be fulfilled, Thera will contact the buyer and, where payment has already been made, issue a refund in accordance with the payment method and applicable law.
6. Payment and Invoicing
Accepted payment methods are the payment methods displayed at checkout for the relevant order. Card payments are processed by the provider identified on the payment page or during checkout, where applicable.
The appropriate fiscal document is issued for each order. Pharmacies must provide accurate business information for invoicing. Credit or bank transfer payment terms for B2B transactions apply only if confirmed in writing by Thera.
7. Delivery and Receipt of Orders
Deliveries are offered in Albania and Kosovo, in areas where delivery services are available. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, before order confirmation. Exceptions, delays, or courier restrictions will be communicated as soon as possible.
Buyers must provide an accurate delivery address and contact information and inspect the package upon delivery. Visible damage during transport should be reported through the contact form on Thera.al, together with photographs and the order number. This procedure does not remove the consumer’s statutory rights.
8. Rules for B2C Consumers
Before purchasing, consumers receive clear information about the trader’s identity, the product’s main characteristics, total price, payment, delivery, complaint procedures, and the right to withdraw from the contract. In Albania and Kosovo, consumers may generally withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, subject to exceptions provided by law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must notify Thera through the contact form on Thera.al or in writing at the company’s registered address within the statutory period, providing the order number. A model withdrawal notice is provided below. Information regarding return shipping costs, how to return the product, and the refund period and procedure must be clearly communicated before purchase.

Order number: ____________________ Order date: ____________________
Consumer’s name: __________________________________________________
Consumer’s address: ________________________________________________
Date: ____________________ Signature (only if submitted on paper): ____________________
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where provided by law and where the relevant conditions are met. Do not introduce a general “no returns accepted” policy or remove rights relating to defective products or products that do not conform to the order.
For damaged, incorrect, or defective products, consumers may contact Thera through the contact form on Thera.al. Thera will handle the request in accordance with the statutory guarantee and consumer rights.
9. Commercial Terms for Pharmacies and B2B Customers
B2B accounts are available only to verified professional entities. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of their business information and for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
Minimum quantities, wholesale prices, discounts, credit limits, payment deadlines, and conditions for recurring orders are specified in the B2B account, quotation, or a separate agreement: the commercial quotation, the terms displayed in the B2B account, and any separate written agreement; the separate agreement applies to the terms it expressly governs.
Pharmacies must inspect the quantities and external condition of deliveries upon receipt and notify Thera of any shortages or damage as soon as reasonably possible after receipt and discovery of the shortage or damage. This procedure does not replace legal obligations relating to product safety and quality.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints may be submitted through the contact form on Thera.al or in writing to the registered address: Rr. Ali Pashë Gucia, 7-storey building, staircase 1, 1st floor, Tirana, Albania. Please include the order number and a description of the issue. Thera will acknowledge receipt and respond within the period required by applicable law.
For consumers, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the right to contact the competent authority or court. B2B disputes will initially be addressed through written communication and, if unresolved, in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
11. Liability, Content, and Amendments
Thera strives to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but interruptions or technical errors may occur. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
Website content, photographs, and trademarks are protected by the relevant intellectual property rights and may not be reused without permission. Thera may update these Terms and Conditions; orders already accepted remain subject to the terms presented at the time of the order, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Applicable Law and Entry into Force
For B2C customers, mandatory consumer rights in the relevant country apply, and nothing in this section is intended to remove those rights. For B2B relationships, the terms of the written commercial agreement and the relevant legal provisions apply. In the absence of a valid choice of law, the matter shall be determined according to the applicable rules governing the law and competent court.
These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date of their publication or update on Thera.al. For questions or complaints, please use the contact form on Thera.al or write to the company’s registered address: Rr. Ali Pashë Gucia, 7-storey building, staircase 1, 1st floor, Tirana, Albania.
